National Shipping, International Shipping & Returns Policy:
International Shipping
If your order is to be shipped outside USA, the standard shipping time varies between 7 to 21 business days.
National shipping.
Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your order and sign for received . Your order may be shipped with signature confirmation.
Shipping & Returns:
You should also be aware that we can not guarantee delivery of your product. Once we pass the package off to any one of the shippers we use, it is their responsibility to provide delivery. We are not responsible for any failure the shipper incurs in the delivery of your package.
You will receive the confirmation email with tracking number for each order you've made. (P.O. boxes do not qualify for tracking numbers please read)
Notice:
Your package will be shipped with signature confirmation. If nobody is there to sign for the package, it will not be left. Instead a notice will be left so you could pick it up at the post office. If your package is not picked up within the 10 following days from the day the notice was left, it will be returned to us. We can re-send it at your shipping expense.
Does the USPS Provide Package Tracking?
The USPS does NOT currently offer on-line package tracking. We do provide you with a USPS Delivery or Signature Confirmation number (USA only) which allows to determine if a package has been received.
Your shipping (if your order is International) charges are calculated automatically and displayed prior to your final order confirmation.

2. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the import of our products. Generally speaking, we have never encountered problems with customs when shipping to most countries worldwide.
If the package is seized by Customs
3. Most orders held by customs are for the purpose of charging import duties and Customs fees. If you are not sure, please contact the Customs Office in your country before ordering, as we are not responsible for such charges.
You should also be aware that we can not guarantee any packages that we ship internationally. There may be delays in delivery or in customs hold-ups which may affect our product delivery.
Do You Ship To Australia?
Yes, we do. Remember it is the customer's responsibility to check with your country's customs office before ordering, we can not guarantee custom clearance and don't hold any responsibility if such happens. Also, no refunds will be made. Any of our products shipped to this country will be at your own risk.
If your address is unconfirmed we will not be able to ship your order until an acceptance (email) of our shipping policy and confirmed address is received from you (the customer) in our sales department : Support@mylidastore.com
If an incorrect shipping address is provided?
If the provided address is incorrect and the package is returned to us. We will make every effort to confirm your address and reship. Unfortunately, we cannot assume the additional charge incurred for the reshipping. We will contact you to charge your credit card or request a check/money order to cover the reshipping charge. You will be notified of the package return.
RETURN POLICY
You can return a product within 14 days of delivery (the boxes should not be unpacked or opened). If the boxes or its content are damaged we reserve the right to deny a refund. Please, send us the copy of the receipt for your order. You will receive the refund within 3-5 business days after the return of the item. (When the item is received). A 20% processing fee will apply to all returns.
Refunds are not available for wholesale purchases.
To proceed with the return correctly, please, contact us via our contact information and explain the matters of your situation as well as to give us the tracking information on a returned package.
If your refund is denied.
we will contact you by email explaining the reason. Remember we always work hard in our customers satisfaction, when possible.
International Shipping:
We only do International shipments to the following countries: Mexico,Hawaii,Virgin Island,Puerto Rico,Bahamas,Australia,Canada,Argentina,Peru,United Kingdom,Republica Domonicana,El salvador.
Note: Orders made from out of USA territory may take between 7-21 (business days) to arrive. Please consider the transit time that your package may take to arrive when you Place an order during the holiday season.

Payments made with an unconfirmed address (buyer) can delay your order, we strongly suggest you to take a minute and do this simple procedure.International unconfirmed address orders will not be shipped out.
Disputes: Before you open a dispute you have to contact us directly and find out about the status of your order. Please refer to the transit time listed on our policy if you think your order is taking too long.
P.O. BOXES: We will ship your purchase at your own responsibility ONLY IF YOUR P.O. ADDRESS IS CONFIRMED at the time of the purchase. Our company requires signature confirmation on every purchase. due to P.O. boxes have nobody physically to sign of received mylidastore.com will not be responsible for orders not received. International unconfirmed address will be shipped at your own risk and responsibility.
